Initiate Your Request

Technical Review
Our technicians will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific shipping address for our processing center.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the device in its original retail box with all accessories and cables included, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping package.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the device to ensure it is free of physical damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
